Cody Herche has experience litigating a variety of complex commercial and regulatory matters, including securities litigation and enforcement matters.
Before joining Kellogg Huber Hansen, Mr. Herche served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wesley on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Richard M. Berman on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Herche graduated cum laude from Cornell Law School where he was an Articles Editor on the Cornell Law Review, won the Langfan Family First Year Moot Court Competition, earned the Louis Kaiser Prize for best brief in the Cuccia Cup Moot Court Competition, and received the John J. Kelly Memorial Prize, recognizing the student who best exemplifies the qualities of scholarship, fair play, and good humor.
