William Milliken joined Kellogg Huber Hansen as an associate in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Milliken served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sandra L. Lynch on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and to the Honorable Sarah S. Vance on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
