Kellogg Huber Hansen has a reputation for excellence that is due in large part to the talent, dedication, and loyalty of our professional staff. Their contributions and initiative are fundamental to our success in serving the needs of our clients.
Our administrative departments comprise dedicated professionals committed to providing excellent service. We provide a full range of support services in the following administrative departments: administrative assistants, accounting, human resources, information technology services, library, operations, and records management.
Paralegals at Kellogg Huber Hansen work closely with the firm’s attorneys at both the appellate and trial level. As an integral part of our litigation teams, the firm’s paralegals understand that trial preparation begins with the filing of the complaint, and they work efficiently to manage complex matters. The firm’s paralegal team members have diverse experience and talents, and several hold law degrees. All are respected colleagues and enable the efficient and successful progress of our matters.
The research group provides factual support, produces fact reports, and analyzes data for legal, regulatory, and legislative filings and presentations. While the group initially focused on the analysis of the U.S. telecommunications industry and federal and state telecommunications policy, it has expanded over time to support all of the firm’s practice areas. The research group has been instrumental in many of the firm’s significant projects, including the review of mergers and acquisitions by the Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission, fact reports on competition for local and special access telecommunications services, and publication of the Federal Telecommunications Law treatise and its supplements.
Assistants are a critical part of the firm’s litigation and trial teams, and provide outstanding support to the firm’s attorneys and other members. Administrative assistants are a diverse group of career assistants and recent college graduates. Assistants work independently with attorneys, as well as in a team environment with other administrative professionals to ensure the effective support of the firm’s matters.
